Samsung Lions manager Park Jin-man said his lineup will eventually get to opposing closer Park Young-hyun, and confirmed Won Tae-in as his starter for Game 5, 조선일보 reported on Friday.

Speaking after his team's win in Game 3 of the Korean Series, Park acknowledged the difficulty the hard-throwing reliever has posed but expressed confidence that Samsung's hitters will find an answer, according to the report. He also settled his rotation plans by naming Won for the fifth game.

A separate 연합뉴스 report quoted Park saying that the presence of Bae Chan-seung allowed him to move Won back to a starting role. YTN noted that the team which takes Game 3 after the series is tied at one win apiece has gone on to win the Korean Series in 16 of 18 previous cases, while 서울경제 put the title probability for that club at 88.9 percent.

The manager's comments came as Samsung celebrated its Game 3 victory, with 조선일보 publishing photos from the win.

What to watch next: whether Samsung's bats can solve Park Young-hyun in the remaining games, and how Won Tae-in performs when he takes the mound in Game 5.
